It’s Lenten Season

It’s that time of year again to start fasting & not eating meat for my family. I need to come up with some different meals instead of plain tuna fish…ya get pretty tired of the same ole same ole bland fish in a can. Time to start searching & concocting!

Berry Frozen Treat

I discovered this treat about a year ago when I decided to start
a healthier way of life.
It is a quick, healthy treat that will satisfy both
your tummy & sweet tooth.
It must be good if it satisfies my sweet tooth because I got it bad...
I rather eat sweets than real meals so I concocted this 
baby to keep me on the right track. 
Hope you enjoy it as much as me! 

  Healthy Frozen Treat

4-5 oz Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt

1/4 cup Frozen Mixed Berries

1tbs Almond Butter

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Put ingredients into a food processor until combined & smooth, pop into freezer for 20-30 minutes. Take out, serve & Indulge!
